Initiatives
Our initiatives are ongoing programmes that shape the backbone of our work:
Community Learning and Youth Centres
Two active centres in areas like Ishrat Bagh and Shivneri Nagar host daily and weekly learning activities, creative clubs, mentoring sessions and community events for children and youth.
Life Skills and Leadership Development
Through workshops, clubs and engagement activities, we build communication, collaboration, problem-solving and leadership abilities among adolescents and young adults, often in partnership with organisations such as Pravah and Rubaroo.
School and Anganwadi Engagement
We work with schools and Anganwadis in locations like Kondhwa and Pusad to promote reading culture, creative learning, oral hygiene awareness and community participation within the education system.
Community Engagement and Inclusion
From campaigns and celebrations (such as career guidance sessions, community Eid celebrations, ration distribution and blood donation drives) to dialogues on inclusion and diversity, we involve youth, families and local leaders in collective action.
