Welfare Association of Youth (WAY) is a registered, youth-led NGO based in Pune, Maharashtra. We work with children, adolescents and young adults from disadvantaged communities to strengthen their educational journeys, life skills, leadership capacities and livelihood opportunities.
Our work is grounded in community engagement and long-term relationships. From conducting community youth surveys to running learning centres and collaborating with schools, we design programmes that respond to real needs on the ground while nurturing youth agency and ownership.
WAY is guided by a core team and an advisory body that bring together experience from education, community development, youth work and social entrepreneurship. We are compliant with key statutory registrations such as 12A, 80G and CSR-1, enabling us to partner transparently with individuals, institutions and corporate supporters.
